Inaugural Televised Worship Airs Today!

Enlarged Territory!

T he cameras have recorded! The ministries have shared! The word has been preached! Cards have been passed out to hundreds! Now, we pray for the souls to be touched to the glory of God! This evening on KPLE TV (cable Channel 45/UHF Channel 31), our first worship service will air @ 6:00 p.m.

It is time to release into the world the message and ministry that God is manifesting in this place. The Season has Changed!

W hat once was is no longer. What is going to be is now visible. The 2nd Annual Leadership Retreat yielded many rich experiences for us. One of the instructions that came to us by the Spirit of the Lord was concerning the utilization of our present facilities to their maximum capacity. God’s Word commands us to be faithful and informs us that when we are faithful in a few things, God will put many things in our hands (Matt. 25:23). While the Multi-Purpose Center is still on the horizon, we must first look to fill and fulfill the Lord’s mission and vision in our present facilities. To do so to the glory of God, we will need to modernize our present facilities. In the first quarter of 2007, the Trustee Ministry will present to us some viable opportunities to renovate our present facilities. The season has changed!

The Liquidation Fund project was a success! We made additional principal payments on our mortgage loan of $47,339.41 saving $85,173.93 in interest. The season has changed!

We have already received the first gifts for what has now been designated by the Finance Committee as the Renovation Fund. This fund will only be used for the renovation of our present edifice to the glory of God. While we have not officially launched the capital campaign for this effort, feel free to share your gifts using the regular pew envelopes. Simply indicate “renovation” in the section marked other and your gifts will be earmarked for that fund. There will be regular reports in our literature on the state of the Renovation Fund. Look for more information beginning in 2007! . The season has changed!

From the Pastor’s Heart

A nother year has come to a close. In just a few hours it will be 2007! My question to you is “what do you want in 2007?” Do you want good health? Spiritual growth? Sound financial health? Jesus has a desire for you: I have come that you may have life, and have it to the full (John 10:10b). As with anything worth achieving, if you really want it, you are going to have to work for it. I am praying for your healing, health and wholeness as you enter 2007!
